"Initially we were very impressed with the response time in choosing your company over the internet. You were the only company among the groups given that responsible personally to the job and actual came out to see the job rather than estimating over the phone.
Though not the least expensive estimate, we chose the Royal Door company because of their "personal" response. We did have one minor snag when the manufacturer filled the initial order with the wrong size doors. We understand these mishaps happen however, it would have made our experience a little better if communication between your company and clients was made in a more timely fashion. During the 3 week re-order period we were not informed of the status of our situation and a follow-up call for the new reinstall date was lacking.
Despite this minor set back, the company provided quality service--worked very clean--and were extremely courteous. We would be happy to recommend your company but caution you to have better confirmation with your manufacturer and supplier to avoid delays.
